Onion Marmalade – Onion Marmalade or Caramelised Onion is a savoury relish full of flavour, ideal for your barbecues, sausage sizzles, burgers, or with a eggs. Sliced onions sautéed in olive oil with cracked black pepper, smoked paprika and garlic. Caramelised raw and brown sugar is added to make a sweet sticky product with red wine vinegar (contains sulphites).
