Chilli Jam made from the best fresh chillies. Full flavoured, spicy, but not overly hot. This can be had with your favourite foods, to add a bit of spice. Mix it with soy sauce to make a great dipping sauce for dumplings.
Description
Chilli jam – Long red and small red (hot) chillies are sautéed in olive oil with garlic, onions and red capsicums. There is no black pepper in here so all the heat is from the chilli (hot for some, not so much for others).
This has a lot of white sugar and red wine vinegar (contains sulphites). It is sweet but again when used with salty food the salt cuts through the sweetness. It also goes with everything.
