Indulgent Puddings and Sweet Sauce Range

Puddings - available in 350g (serves 3-4) and 700g (serves 6-8), Sweet Sauces (250ml bottles)

Banana & Walnut Pudding – freshly mashed bananas with chopped walnuts and rum soaked raisins.
Extra flavour is provided by orange zest and freshly chopped ginger. Perfect with Caramel Fudge Sauce.
Sticky Date Pudding – Australia’s favourite. Brandy soaked dates nestle in this light but indulgent pudding
which is perfect with Butterscotch Sauce
Spotted Dick – an English traditional pudding, a light steamed sponge with butterscotch-liquor
soaked currants and raisins and lemon zest. This pudding is rolled up so is cut into slices and is perfect
with custard or one of the Fruit Sauces. For extra indulgence try with Chocolate Fudge Sauce.

The 3 sweet sauces, Butterscotch, Caramel Fudge and Chocolate Fudge are of course perfect with
ice cream on their own or as part of a Sundae.
