Allergy Advice
Gluten – all products contain no added gluten apart from:
Moreish Mango chutney, Punchy Plum Chutney and Crispy County Pickle (malt vinegar),
Bastingly Beaut BBQ Sauce (Worcestershire sauce)
and the indulgent puddings, including Christmas Pudding (wheat flour).

Nuts – all products contain no nuts, apart from Christmas Pudding (Almonds) & Banana & Walnut Pudding (Walnuts)
Sesame – all products contain no sesame apart from Sensational Sesame, Honey & Garlic Dressing (sesame oil).
Soya – all products contain no soya products apart form Sensational Sesame, Honey & Garlic Dressing (soya sauce),
and Chocolate Fudge Sauce (soya lecithin from the chocolate).

Milk & Milk products – all products contain no milk or milk products apart from:
Banana & Walnut Pudding (butter),
Sticky Date Pudding (butter), Spotted Dick (milk), Butterscotch Sauce (milk, butter), Caramel Fudge Sauce (milk, butter)
and Chocolate Fudge Sauce (milk, butter).

Sulphites – some products contain sulphites from the ingredients used (for example some vinegars and Dijon Mustard). These are listed on all ingredients lists.

Eggs – Banana & Walnut Pudding, Sticky Date Pudding and Christmas Pudding all contain eggs.

Vegetarian Suitability
All products are Vegetarian apart from the Christmas and Spotted Dick puddings (contains beef animal fat)
and Bastingly Beaut BBQ sauce (contains Worcestershire sauce).

In addition all products are Vegan apart from Heavenly Honey & Mustard dressing & Sensational Sesame, Honey & Garlic Dressing (contain honey),
the indulgent puddings (contain butter, eggs and/or milk) and the sweet sauces (all contain milk and butter).

Alcohol
All the indulgent puddings contain alcohol to flavour and preserve the puddings. This is at around 5% of the puddings.
