Sally McNally's is the brainchild of Sarah Jane Nally. Sarah has a long history in the food and Jam industry. Inspired by her time at Thursday Cottage in the UK.
Sarah has decided to bring the wonderful full flavours of English jam making to Australia.
Sarah is happiest when she is in the kitchen sturring the large pots of jams, chutneys, marmalades and pickles, using only the freshest and best ingredients.
